You may only think of sand when you’re at the beach and it is beneath your feet or when it gets stuck in your bathing suit after a dip in the sea. Most country homeowners who use dirt roads to drive to and from their homes, or brave muddy driveways to get back home at the end of the day, know that summer is often synonymous with ‘knee-deep mud bath where my driveway used to be’.
If you own a country home, then you probably agree that the rainy season usually becomes a literal mudslide that carries on straight to your front door every time it rains.
